NeuraCleaner AI

Last updated: March 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NeuraEngineer AI (managed and administrated by Lumipra GmbH) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use NeuraCleaner AI, an AutoCAD plugin and related services.

By using the software or creating an account, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

  • NeuraCleaner AI AutoCAD plugin

  • associated cloud services

  • the website neuraengineer.com

  • customer support interactions

3 – Data We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When creating an account we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Company name

  • Job role

  • Phone number

  • Billing address

  • Account credentials (encrypted password)

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which may collect additional billing information.

3.2 Technical and Telemetry Data

To ensure proper functionality, security, and product improvement, we may collect technical information including:

  • IP address

  • device identifiers

  • operating system version

  • AutoCAD version

  • plugin version

  • feature usage statistics

  • related click interactions

  • session duration

  • performance metrics

  • crash logs

  • diagnostic information

Telemetry data is processed to:

  • improve software performance

  • detect bugs and errors

  • enhance AI functionality

  • understand product usage patterns.

3.3 Drawing Metadata

NeuraCleaner AI processes engineering drawings locally within the AutoCAD environment. We do not upload or store DWG files or raw geometry.

When you use the Teaching AI feature, the plugin captures a structural diff of your drawing — the state before and after your manual cleanup. This diff is transmitted to our cloud server for AI analysis. It may include:

  • layer names and layer property changes (color, linetype, on/off state)

  • entity types and counts (e.g., line, polyline, text, block reference)

  • numeric properties (scale factor, elevation, coordinate offsets)

  • block names and insertion counts

  • AutoCAD system variable names and values changed during cleanup

No full geometry, no proprietary design content, and no drawing coordinates that could reconstruct the original design are transmitted.

This diff data is used exclusively to generate a cleanup rule set. It is processed transiently and is not retained on our servers after the rule set has been returned to the plugin. The generated rule set is stored locally on the user’s machine as a JSON file alongside the drawing.

General processing logs (job ID, timestamps, rule count, status) may be retained for diagnostic and security purposes.

3.4 AI Chat Interactions

NeuraCleaner AI may provide an interactive AI assistant allowing users to ask questions related to drawings or software functionality.

When users interact with the AI assistant, the following information may be processed:

  • user prompts and questions

  • AI-generated responses

  • related technical metadata such as timestamps, session identifiers, and diagnostic information.

These interactions may be temporarily stored and analyzed for purposes including:

  • improving AI performance

  • identifying errors or system issues

  • enhancing product functionality

  • improving user experience.

Users should avoid including sensitive or confidential personal information in chat interactions.

Where possible, data used for analysis is anonymized or aggregated.

4 – AI and Machine Learning Processing

Certain features of NeuraCleaner AI use artificial intelligence models to assist with drawing cleanup and automation. We may share limited personal data with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our services. These may include:

  • cloud infrastructure providers

  • analytics and monitoring providers

  • payment processing providers

  • security and hosting providers

These service providers process data only on our behalf and according to our instructions.

For this purpose:

  • limited metadata and processing logs may be transmitted to AI services

  • no full drawings are transmitted

  • no personally identifiable engineering data is intentionally processed

Where processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are implemented.
