These Terms of Service govern the use of NeuraCleaner AI, an AutoCAD plugin and related services operated by NeuraEngineer AI (managed and administrated by Lumipra GmbH).
By accessing or using the software, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

- Description of the Service
NeuraCleaner AI provides an AutoCAD plugin and related AI cloud-assisted functionality designed to assist users in analyzing and cleaning engineering drawings using automated and artificial intelligence-supported methods.
The software may include:
- drawing analysis tools
- automated cleanup suggestions
- AI-generated action recommendations
- telemetry and diagnostic systems
- cloud-assisted processing features
The service may evolve over time and features may be added, modified, or removed.
- Account Registration
Certain features require a user account.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- keep login credentials confidential
- notify us of unauthorized access
Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their account.
- Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- use the software for unlawful activities
- attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
- bypass security or access controls
- interfere with service operation
- distribute malware or harmful code
- use the service to violate intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
- Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of NeuraEngineer AI or its licensors.
The software is licensed, not sold.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for internal business purposes.
Users may not:
- copy or redistribute the software
- create derivative works
- resell or sublicense the software
- reverse engineer the technology.
- User Data
Users retain ownership of their drawings and data.
NeuraCleaner AI processes drawings primarily locally within the AutoCAD environment.
Limited metadata, diagnostic information, and telemetry may be processed to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not claim ownership of user drawings.
- AI-Generated Results
AI-generated suggestions and automated cleanup recommendations are provided for assistance purposes.
Users remain responsible for:
- verifying outputs
- reviewing modifications to drawings
- ensuring engineering accuracy.
The service does not guarantee that generated actions are error-free or suitable for every project.
- Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- system updates
- infrastructure issues
- external service dependencies.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
- Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment or subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers.
Users agree to:
- provide valid billing information
- pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles may be defined in the purchasing interface.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of service access.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraEngineer AI shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages

- loss of profits
- project delays
- engineering or design errors resulting from software usage.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the preceding twelve months.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties that:
- the software will be error-free
- the service will always be available
- AI outputs will be accurate or complete.
Users are responsible for validating all outputs before using them in production environments.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- terms are violated
- illegal activities are detected
- payment obligations are not fulfilled.
Users may stop using the service at any time.
Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination.
- Updates to the Service
We may update:
- the software
- AI models
- system functionality
- these Terms of Service
from time to time.
Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany.
Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Düsseldorf, Germany.
